About the Chef
For the past 20 years, Chef Gabriela Green has run four restaurants, a food truck, a catering company and a cooking school. Gaby learned how to cook early on in her grandmother’s kitchen, where she had her own stool and utensils. While her specialties come from her family’s recipes, Gaby adds a modern twist to make her own variations of regional Mexican cuisine.
